You retain ownership of your submitted content (for example notes and photos). You grant TrackMyShit a limited license to store, process, and display that content as needed to operate loan tracking, accountability records, and notifications.

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may update these terms and post the revised date here. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms, security abuse, or actions that threaten users or platform integrity.

7. Disclaimer and limitation

The service is provided "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrackMyShit is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
